The partial planning wedding package includes:

 

o    COMPLIMENTARY Initial consultation with the bride and groom, IN PERSON

o    Unlimited Correspondence

o    A QUARTERLY planning meeting between client and planner (VIA PHONE OR IN PERSON)

o    Prepare a bride and groom timelines and checklists

o    Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month

o    One visit to VIEW both wedding and reception VENUE WITH CLIENT to go over DETAILS

o    Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

o    Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appointments with(CONTRACT              NEGOTIATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE ADDED)

o    Two hour planning meeting one month before wedding which will include:

  • DISCUSS Ceremony DETAILS, processional, recessional, AND placement

  • FINALIZE rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding- ONLY IF NEEDED (meeting should include florist if possible)

  • Collection OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS PROVIDED BY CLIENT to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, etc.

O    CONFIRM TIME OF ARRIVAL WITH VENDORS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

O    emergency kit

O    MINIMUM OF 2 PLANNERS ON SITE WITH 2 OR 3 ADDITIONAL STAFF AS NEEDED
